Code of Conduct

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all, we have established a set of rules to guide the usage of this space. These rules are designed to promote fairness, respect, and effective collaboration among attendees. By adhering to these guidelines, we can create an environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and successful meetings.

  • Lounge hours: Mon-Sat 9:00 to 21:00 (Sunday Closed)
  • The lounge is free to use based on pre-registration
  • To register please contact by filling up the form
  • To enter the space, all the participants must download FingeRate app
  • Outside foods and drinks are allowed. However, alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the lounge
  • Please refrain from destroying or damaging the facilities and equipment
  • The use of facilities and equipment for purposes other than their intended use is prohibited
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes), making voice calls, and using noisy electronic devices are not allowed within the lounge
  • It is prohibited to take any furnishings or consumables provided in the lounge outside of the lounge area
  • Conducting business activities or pursuing profit without permission is prohibited
  • Damaging any items in the lounge area may result in heavy penalties
  • Assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are allowed, but please let us know earlier about it
